Our Human Super Power: Choice!

Recently, I read the title of an article I did not read in its entirety because I knew it to be true.

An article for U.S. Americans, as you can tell…easier to apply this if you live in a free country:

~Article title~ "Studies have shown that as people age, it is common to shrink their circle of concerns and focus on immediate, manageable, and highly personal matters."

Listed as important are health and independence. Social circles shrink to spend time with a smaller group of close friends who appreciate you (and you them) rather than chasing new acquaintances or a "good time party." Older adults develop greater emotional resilience and a more positive mindset, letting go of trivial concerns to focus on appreciating life and close relationships. ~End of the article: my cliff note of it~

Thanks to technology, we are seeing the problems of every human-made system worldwide, as well as the "INDIVIDUALS" responsible for originating such corruption. As you get older, you notice that destructive control is maintained through the silencing of people's opinions and the withholding of the whole truth about any subject. Defenseless people and animals must be protected from physical violence by those who have the law on their side to protect and defend the innocent. Boundaries are necessary to have peace.

Now, once you understand this important concept, kind-hearted, honest people, who are the majority, are NOT causing the major problems, AI will not be able to fool you as much. As history proves, every younger generation is better equipped socially and economically to seek the truth and have the courage to voice it for positive change. This new generation is no different; I believe they will choose their Superpower of Critical Thinking to bring "Harmony" upon nations.

LOVE to LAUGH Every Day!

The February 14th day to celebrate love: what I know for sure is that there is more laughter in LOVE.

A baby's laugh is infectious; we laugh out loud and smile every time.

We watch "Bibi" the monkey on YouTube, and we laugh and smile at the adorable monkey's antics.

When a gorilla at the zoo copies human movements, it makes us laugh and smile.

If a baby goat begins hopping frantically from the back to the back of another goat, we laugh and smile.

When we see a whale breach the ocean surface, we clap with amazement of nature and smile.

When we eat a strawberry dipped in dark chocolate, we enjoy silently inside and smile.

When my husband gives me a handful of wildflowers after mowing, I smile.

Whenever I need a break from this world, I turn to laughter to remind myself that life is fun.

A great way to start your day: watch "Wildz PAWZ," where rescue dogs pick their master.

That will make you laugh, smile, and cry tears of joy! Enjoy your life, it is brief.

Happy New Year! Happy People Help Where They Can!

In this wonderful time of exciting changes, life is good.

There is a sweet family in Portugal I have followed for about five years. They have endeavored to live off-grid in a sustainable lifestyle that protects the earth. Leah has shared many home-spun recipes that I have tried over the years, and in fact, I successfully made my first batch of sun-dried tomatoes with her recipe. Maartin, her husband, works tirelessly to clear the land, save the trees, and find groundwater for the crops they grow and their family. The environmental farming methods the two know are great for learning how to be self-sufficient on their land.

We've watched as they added another child to their little family and taught them how to garden. The patience and kindness both parents show to their children while teaching them to live with the land are remarkable to see. Parents who put their children first and teach them how to live are something I imagine many American parents would like.

The mention of them is simple. If not for their YouTube channel, we would know nothing about their current needs due to the hurricane. So instead of my usual blog, I ask that you donate to their GoFundMe account; it would help them greatly. They have lost everything they worked so diligently to build over the years.

Here is her blog to explain their dire situation. If you can donate a dollar, it will help. Thank you for being so kind.

Happy New Year of giving to those in need. *Remember, give of your abundance, not your need.

"Happy People"

This year I choose “happy people.”

Happy people don’t use others for selfish pleasure, profit, or power.

Happy people don’t forbid family members to visit one another over a difference of opinion.

Happy people don’t physically hurt others or try to control them; instead, they try to provide safety.

Happy people don’t seduce or lie to get what they want.

Happy people don’t steal.

Happy people respect others’ privacy.

Happy people don’t complain constantly.

Happy people give more than they take because it spills over from a heart full of unconditional love.

Happy people work to make the world a safer place for children to live.

Happy people listen to children and acknowledge their importance in making the world better.

This year, I choose to be a happy person and associate with happy people who are thankful to be alive.

Eleven Lovely Things

1) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found inside the PERSPECTIVE of every mind.

2) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in peaceful COLLABORATIONS with personal boundaries.

3) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in "DOING" the kindest action to give yourself the best of everything available to you now.

4) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in taking ACTIONS to provide children with fundamental common sense values of the magnificience of their natural bodies.

5) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in the WISDOM of knowing when to speak and not to.

6) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in letting go of trying to CONTROL everyone's opinion of you. Your opinion of you is what matters most."

7) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in protecting the mental/physical spaces of children by teaching critical thinking skills for them to use when given complete information about any topic.

8) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in learning that we create boundaries of self-proetction and self-sovereignty through experiences and mistakes.

9) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in realizing there is great benefit to minding our own business and staying in our line of work.

10) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in being calm, focused, on the positives, with appreciation for a wonderful world of new inventions.

11) Discovering "Peace on Earth" is found in being peaceful in YOUR family unity with open discussions of differnet opinions with the goal of forgiveness. We don't have to live with them, just love them from wherever you go.

"If PEACE is to be, it starts inside of me, my mind, my words/actions. There is no OUTSIDE peace without the collective of INNER PEACE of the mind. There is no perfect life on Earth, only a calm mind that can think of solutions, with no physical destruction of life. Where there is life there is potential for peace.

To be alive is the gift. Your life is a gift of PEACE.

Self-Sovereignty With Boundries Brings Evolution of Peace

If there ever was a year to be eternally grateful to be simple me, it is now.

Technology is grand, and I wouldn’t change a thing about its invention. It has enabled shadowy events around the world to be transparent and challenge the domination that undermines self-sovereignty. However, I am glad I gave myself an arsenal of knowledge to lean on by comparison. I developed my ability to determine facts from lies or religious programming. With Artificial Intelligence, we will all have to learn how to distinguish between facts and propaganda. If we do our research, we can.

When I was a teenager, studies that have paid off more than I knew included my reading of United States history, world wars,  learning the primary meaning of our U.S. Constitution, as well as what protecting free speech entails. Say what you will about the founders of the USA government, with all its flaws, it is the “ONLY GOVERNMENT in Earth’s evolution of humanitythat was a successful experiment allowing its citizens to prosper by their initiative without government interferance.

If you love your country, wherever you are in the world, if you love your state constitution, and your faith, good! If you believe in it, then stand up for it; elect new leaders who support your original constitution. Being proud of your heritage and traditions makes the world a more educated place of human evolution. Protect your peaceful traditions and country. Preserve the beauty of your faith and people. You will find a way to promote self-sovereignty if you never give up. The collective voice of reason will prevail as words without violence unite. Calm collaboration with open minds and hearts will bring harmony—no more violence.

We, the people of the world, simply want to live in peace and harmony alongside one another. It has always been so; therefore, we accelerate kindness and progress towards this goal.

I Brake for Turtles

Whenever I drive a back road to enjoy the countryside, I see a box turtle or snapping turtle crossing the road. I brake and stop my car. I wait patiently if there is no traffic so the turtle can cross to the other side.

If the road is busy, I put the flashers on and pick up the shell, taking it in the direction it is heading. I’ve been told that turtles know where the water is and instinctively head that direction.

The last two years have brought unexpected and unacceptable health challenges that have caused me to pause; I don’t get sick. It’s not in my schedule.

Our parents told my generation to push through pain, push through hard times. Push through sickness to work, get ‘er dun, no excuses, and we did. For the most part, this hard-core philosophy has served us well until now, in our old age. My body has brought challenges.

It’s ok to cuss and scream, to even curse at my body. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s move on to more productive actions. It’s taken a while, but I am heading towards acceptance with knee braces, a walker, or a cane for a couple of months. I am thinking of getting mental health therapy to help me cope with the changing lifestyle needs. The forecast is good, considering the life changes I must make.

The medical professionals I have encountered are patient, educated, and compassionate individuals from a younger generation, which speaks volumes about the potential for better healthcare in the future. The personal touch and genuine caring are evident and appreciated.

I brake for turtles; it is time to brake from my fast life so I can heal.  I love my life, I love you.

“Everything happens for you, not to you; you don’t have to like it, it's just easier if you do.”

Women for Self-Sovereignty Every Month

Women worldwide create new roads of progress every generation.

One hundred years ago, a group of brave nature-loving women began Australia Melbourne’s Women’s Walking Club in 1921. Women bushwalking was forbidden, but they organized and agitated. Women had to endure male prejudice for not “knowing their place” in the home tending house.

Views of church leaders had this to say:

Archbishop Dr. Duhig vehemently condemned it! “The sight of women donning male’s garments is absolutely nauseating! It is most objectionable!”

Rev H. M. Wheller of the Methodist Church content himself with saying anything that breaks down the sanctity of the Lord’s Day, such as “Sunday Hiking” is not in the best interest of the community.

A visiting Jewish Rabbi commends the movement. The Melbourne Walking Club is alive today.

Indeed, women, when united, achieve great things. Today, in America, women have had the vote for one hundred years; in 1920, it was law. When women get involved, progress evolves.

We’ve come a long way; today, US men support women’s self-sovereignty. Indeed, it is an exciting time to be alive. We are grateful every day for every good thing in our lives.

Enjoy “Women’s History Month,” and remember to list the women in your life that made it great. There is much to be thankful for.  Perhaps take a walk in nature and breathe.

The pH of Change

The pH scale in medical science measures how acidic or alkaline basic something is. The pH of blood is 7.35 acidic to 7.45 alkaline. The blood is slightly more alkaline naturally. I used to think the body controlled the mind, and I had no control over my body. But I've discovered there are things I can do to heal my body. For instance, by reading books about maintaining good health, I found that lack of sleep and too many stressful thoughts can decrease the body's ability to balance the blood pH, making our bodies sick. Commonsense is to get more sleep, but what can I do about stressful thoughts? How do I heal those?

Then, I began to read books about maintaining mental calmness. Surprisingly, I proved that my mind is powerful; when I change my thoughts, I change my stress level. Our blood has to get the pH back into alignment to get well. What could I do to reduce stress?

When I was young and inexperienced in navigating life's challenges, I had many triggers. I looked at the prevailing current events and people telling me where to focus and judge. I allowed that information to tell me whether I was peaceful today or mad as hell. Then, I grew older and wiser. I stopped looking outside of me and trained myself to slow down, breathe, drink water, and walk in nature to turn off the world's noise.

This calmness helped me through the other side of fear and see the fear was worse than what happened. My fearful thoughts are dangerous for my health! Transparency no longer scared me but removed the fear of the unknown from me. When I understand stuff, I let go of fear. I love to research everything I fear, which results in confidence in ME and lowered stress. Bonus!

Your life is a gift to the world. Enjoy it; life is short, so find happiness in every inch.

Happy Moment! Happy New Year!

Here's what I've learned about New Year's resolutions: do not make promises to yourself that can fail.

Failure leads to guilt for letting yourself down. We need no more guilt, consciousness, or shame in this world. We have enough to forgive ourselves for. I am done with more guilt or shame!

This ridiculous digitalized world has captured the youth's attention and confused them into no longer recognizing common sense. Do these innocent lambs believe whatever they are TOLD to believe—ashamed of our color? Or guilt about gender? And now I am TOLD someone is telling them to take on the guilt and shame of the PAST mistakes of another generation of dead people! It appears to be working…

No thanks, I'm out! I'm too old and WISE to play that stupid game of hateful blame shame anymore.

Get outta here with such nonsense. None of us can change the past, common sense, but we can change the future for OURSELVES. Not others, but our individual future, common sense.

I thank common sense that I don't need to carry my phone everywhere and question my biology. I feel for those that do. I like a break from the madness of the world. I often sit by the river and stare at nature. What beautiful ice and snow! I'm thankful to have eyes and to make time to see nature. I'm grateful for this life.

It's time to take your mind back. Change your focus and go inside to relieve yourself from the pressure of social ideology and the constant need to perform work in this world to prove you are worthy to be here. Your answers are there when you are not operating out of guilt and shame. Fear has two sides: selfless and selfish. The balance is in between. You find yours, and I'll find mine. No violence is needed to do this.

So this New Year's Resolution is one that we can't fail; in fact, we can celebrate it moment by moment…

Set yourself up to win. Whatever you choose to believe as your perspective, stay focused on that. I suggest "avoiding things you can't control and staying focused on your life. Turn off anything that makes you afraid to explore and focus on things you can, your life, and your choices.

After sixty years, I have learned that I control nothing and no one. I've learned the actual war is inside m my head. Where is your battle? Out there or inside your head? Your perspective changes your world. It takes you from victim to victor. We all need boundaries to be safe from harm. We need safe perspectives that turn us into victorious winners.  We need to retain calmness to think of creative ideas to solve problems.

I love ordinary people worldwide; they are so generous and kind, especially in times of catastrophe, offering help to one another when governments do not.

How can we avoid getting into a physical war of words? Live moment by moment, stay in your business and out of others. "How can I help?" AND "I thank you for helping" are great words of peace.

Diversity unites us worldwide. Happy New Year!

"I Don't Know, I Don't Care"

The past year has been a whirlwind of unexpected losses and challenges. I have discovered in my elder years that we can never know why some things happen, and we need not worry our heads with extra stress to analyze things out of our control. Judgmental thoughts, angry non-stop thoughts, and punishing “how to fix others” conniving fear thoughts waste precious time on this Earth with family.

Our time would be better spent focusing on our internal gifts and how to share these with others. We are gifted, and if we look inside to find what motivates us to have fun, we find that gift.

Years ago, I heard a wise saying, “Find something you love to do and find a way to get paid doing it.”

I discovered that you first have to find that love of self and forgive yourself for not being kind to you. When you do, you can learn to speak well of others and forgive them too. When we share our best selves, it will be that gift we give to the world. Some may like it, and others may not. That is expected. Everyone does not need to like or accept us. If someone doesn’t want your gift, move on to find other friends. A few billion people are on the planet, and I bet a few will welcome you and your unique gift.

Once we know who we are and our birthright to be gentle and kind, we will not be so easily seduced to fade into the mentality of destructive behaviors. We must mind our business and let others mind theirs. Their journey is not ours to travel. Diversity unites us.

The elders who have successfully navigated these dangerous waters in times of toxic influencers must give the younger generation the tools to get back on track, stay focused, and serve others with kindness and compassion. Fear is a debilitating invisible control tactic; do not fall victim to it.

Thank goodness I have a wonderful life and family. I love my simple life. I bet I’d love you, too.

And about the so-called” Aliens in the sky…” I don’t know; I do know that open minds and hearts need no weapons.

The best response is to remain free and calm, focus away from toxic influencers who want to instill fear in you, and say aloud, “I don’t know, and I don’t care.”

Happy Holidays!

The Majority of Ordinary Folks

As every year goes by, I am more thankful to be me.

As every stone is turned over and we see, I am grateful to know you.

As every system flaw is revealed, I am glad we survived thus far.

And thus far, we know we will triumph over what is yet to come.

The majority of people and families we know are good, good people.

Good people are the majority worldwide.

Exciting times to be alive and witness the incredible adventure we call life.

It gets easier and easier as we stay faithful to positive collaborations when challenged.

A mantra I repeat to myself in unexpected situations is, "Everything happens for us, not to us; we don't have to like it. It's just easier if we welcome challenges with necessary actions to preserve the hope of a better day."

When you change your perspective, your world opens up possibilities for change.

A better day always comes when we hold on. History has proven this.

Thankful for the world's ordinary people, I am among the majority.

When I said "I Do.."

Clint black and his wife Lisa Hartman sing a song of our love. The lyrics and tune are so beautiful that I wanted to share them with you. August 16th, forty-six years with my true love, it was a love hard fought nonetheless helped us become better persons. Thank you, Charlie, for loving me as I have loved you. Forgiveness, laughter, kindness, and compassion are the glue that holds us together forever. If you have true love, you will feel what these words mean, too. Enjoy.

Twenty-twenty-four is offering change to everyone.

It began with unexpected loss and expected loss.

It continues with surprises to change our lives.

After all, I am thankful to have held on to great memories.

What is this life like if you do not accept reality and move ahead with hope?

Life is a gift, and your life is a gift to the world. I’m grateful you and I are here.

Exciting time to be alive and experience the evolution of love and light.

Everything is getting better every day in every way; I feel it.

Thankful. 46 years with my true love. Daffodils, I'm blessed.

Slow Down and Realize How Lucky!

Slow down and look at the sky,

Slow down and look at the trees,

Slow down and look at the water,

Slow down and enjoy the food we eat,

Slow down and enjoy the comfortable bed we sleep,

Slow down and enjoy the comfortable chair we sit in,

Slow down and feel the majesty of witnessing an eclipse,

Slow down and feel the majesty of good health,

Slow down and feel how wonderful it is to be alive,

Slow down and see how lucky we are to “Be.”

Truelove Found Twice In One life

A young widow moved into the neighborhood. I met her and was so pleased to see how adjusted she was, knowing she had two teenage sons to raise. Despite missing her first truelove, she continued to be a devoted mother to her sons. Their children were loved well. When her dear husband died unexpectedly due to cancer, the grief resulted in them not putting up a Christmas tree and mistletoe. Holidays were not the same without their father. She stayed home, heartbroken in grief.

A year went by, and she decided to do volunteer work to get out of the house while her sons were away at school. Getting out was a step to recover her life. Another year went by, and with the encouragement of friends, she decided to try to socialize and maybe even date again.

Without much hope, she went on a dating app and gave little detail about her personal life with her picture. She is a stunning figure of a woman. Then, the emails came pouring in. Being older and wiser and believing in a higher power, she perused the many emails. She was in no hurry.

She immediately deleted any email asking for information on her profession or living situation. Dozens of emails kept coming, but one day, one email interested her. The email wanted to know how she liked her coffee. She answered, and a gentle conversation ensued for a month until they decided to meet.

He had his own construction business but bartended on the weekends for society. He invited her to the bar where he worked so she would be in a public place to meet him and his friends.

That first night, they met eyes, and both saw something. All his friends at the bar could not believe how much fun these two had together upon their first meeting. By the end of that night, all his friends told him, she is the one you have been waiting for all your life. She and he have been inseparable since. He was a bachelor with no children, about five years older than her, and never married. It is the perfect age and match. He met her sons, and they liked each other straight away. She could not believe her life was turning so bright so quickly after such grief of losing her first truelove. She told me this love was new, different, but as beautiful. She found truelove twice in one life.

Two months later, he proposed, she said, “Yes!” He took her on a two-week cruise to celebrate.

(Coincidentally, she was the teacher’s pet in a high school class, her future mother-in-law.)

When she returned home, her youngest son had put up a holiday tree and mistletoe.

2024 Change Channels!

Zoom out to negative frequencies of gloom and doom, and quickly ZOOM within to positive perspectives of joy.

The positive perspectives are two hundred times more powerful when you stay in your positive vibration.

Zoom out to listen or see acts of violence, and quickly Zoom within to change the channel.

We cannot change the world, but we can change our focus.

It is our channel we can control, not the world's channel.

Fear enters through negative outcomes seen in outside channels. Relief from fear enters when we turn away from it, changing our focus channel and listening to prosperity and the future we build.

Every year is getting better than the last. Look back two hundred years and three hundred years, see the progress and the comfort we all share today thanks to progress.

Time moves forward. Good things come to those who move forward. We are moving forward; things are improving because transparency and truth unite us.

Technology enables us all to be wiser and connected in fearless devotion to one another.

It is the most exciting time to be alive. How fortunate we are to be here to be a part of the greatest transition to peace worldwide that has ever been offered to humanity. We are part of this peace.

Happy New Year for the year of positive changes. Change the channel and see what wonders this year holds for all of us.

Thankful for us who love humanity and the earth more than money. Love wins, we win.

A Mother and Father's Love for Their Child

Mothers and fathers devoted to one another and their love for their children are some of the most amazing stories I have heard. Parents surmounting impossible odds to cure illnesses that medicine could not diagnose or cure are more frequent than we know. Recently, I heard another story and felt the readers would enjoy it, too.

There is a deli I frequent when I see my chiropractor in a nearby country town. Out in the boondocks, I found this beautiful restaurant quite by accident, cruising down the road on my Spyder Cam Am motorcycle. The food is healthy, homemade, and delicious. I have gotten to know the good folks that make and serve the food there. The lady and her husband who waited on me told me this amazing story. The deli is huge and beautifully decorated with murals of colorful animals that are perfectly painted on the wall with furniture table of actual tree trunks. It is relaxing and calm. I am often one of a handful of people there on weekdays. As always, my pleasure is to get to know new friends.

Her story is miraculous. She told me that she was very careful with her life and waited to marry until she was thirty-eight years old. She had known her husband-to-be for many years and knew him to be true. She watched couples and learned what she wanted in a husband and family man. She and he wanted a child, and after marrying the man of her dreams, she had a son the following year. The son is the light of her and her husband's life together.  The son was loved beyond measure.

When the son was around five years old, he collapsed on the floor without notice. He could not walk. They rushed him to the emergency room, the doctors took him in and began tests on him. It was decided the child needed an emergency blood transfusion, and with trust in the medical community of expert doctors, they reluctantly agreed. A blood transfusion on such a young child was frightening to think about, but they had to save their son. The doctors wanted to keep the child in the hospital because they did not know what caused this condition and required more tests. His parents agreed and never left his side night or day.

Over the course of the child's stay, he was given another blood transfusion, but still no diagnosis. The boy regained consciousness and strength; he could walk and eat but was weak. He wanted to go home and begged his parents daily to take him out of the hospital. He did not like the 'blue food' he was served. (Jello)

The doctors refused to consider releasing him. The parents prayed and asked God for guidance. The decision came when it was clear after two weeks, the doctors did not know what was the cause, and the end of a hospital stay was unknown. The child was extremely unhappy. With no exit date in sight and more tests with no definitive results, the hospital food was clearly unhealthy, the parents turned to their faith to make the decision. The answer was in God when medicine failed to diagnose. The family believed the human body can heal itself if given naturopathic remedies.

They began the process of making arrangements to check their son out of the hospital. The hospital fought the parents and told them their son would die without hospital intervention measures.

The two devoted parents insisted and, at one point, thought they would need a lawyer with so much resistance from the hospital staff. But prevailed after much legal paperwork was signed from the hospital. It was unbelievable that a medical institution was trying to override the parents, but it is understandable in a world dominated by secular analysis. I have heard many stories of natural remedies and faith that cured a terminal illness, that I no longer doubt it can be done.

The mother would not accept that her child would die; the thought was completely rejected whenever it was suggested to her. She completely steeled her mind from considering her son would die.

She told me her reason was, "God knows that I waited so long to marry and have a child. God would not take this child from me." She and her husband took their beloved son home. He was happy at home. The doctors had done their best; it was time for faith to do the rest.

Mother, father, and son prayed every morning and evening and spoke positive words of life.

The child grew stronger over the next weeks, and he recovered. They do not know what caused the collapse and the need for a blood transfusion, but they remember the near-death experience that almost took their child from them. Today, the son is a teenager, and they all have an appreciation of life celebrated daily by this family.

I met their son. He has a gift for writing poetry and playing multiple musical instruments. Fourteen years old, he and his mother met us one day when the restaurant was closed. We had herbal tea with the three of them. Mother, father, and son. He played his guitar, and she sang. His father gave me a book, and the mother served tea and cookies. I brought my dear husband (A musician himself) that day, and he taught the son a few things about the guitar. We have new friends.

Faith. The absence of fear. Love the opposite of fear. Good people of faith live the good life of unconditional love worldwide daily. Good always wins; faith is the key.

You are the light of the world. We are the light of the world; faith wins. Fear not; we got this.
